Welcome to the Marlbank Access Centre, we are working at getting the community more involved with using computer's.
We supply free internet access to the public.
We are funded by grants from Industry Canada through CAP (Community Access Program)
We also have a number of partner's working with us to help keep the centres operating.

We offer you a chance to learn:

Free Internet Access
Training In Basic Computer Skills
Access to an array of computer software
Networking Computer
Repairs
Web Site Design
Web Site Hosting

Come in and Explore the world of computer's during regular access hours:

Tuesday 11 - 4
Wednesday 12 - 5
Thursday 2 - 6
Sataurday 10 - 2
Hours will be changing in September.

We also offer at a small charge: Printing, faxing, copies, scanning ect.

We are here to help you - the community - learn about the world of computer's and the Internet.

Marlbank is the first site that was opened in this area in August of 1999. Since then three other site's in the Sheffield Area that have been opened. To our excitment all site's have been doing well.


USER POLICY

Users are responsible for their own actions, but are to be aware that their priviledges can be revoked for violation of this user policy.

USERS THAT ARE ACCEPTABLE:
1.Recreational in nature, include browsing sites for personal enjoyment, checking web based e-mail, ect.
2.The exchange of information, via e-mail or chat.
3.Any use related to research, instruction or education.
4.Any use related to employment, entrepreneurship and e-commerce.

USERS THAT ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE:
1.Any use that interfere's with the work of other's or cause the loss of another users work or system.
2.Any use that may be considered unethical, malicious, obscene.
3.Any use that violate's any provincial or federal laws.
4.Any use involves fraudulant or libelous material.
